What Needed to Change
The business was using a slow and cumbersome sales-force automation system. Reporting was delayed, adoption was inconsistent, and management lacked a dependable view of agent locations, outlet visits, orders, performance and route execution.
How We Approached It
RTI began with interviews and workshops focused on how field teams and supervisors actually worked. The team designed the product around those workflows, tested it iteratively with users, and developed a mobile field-sales application connected to a web management portal.
Putting the Approach Into Operation
The platform brought together GPS- and time-stamped visits, route planning, outlet check-ins, orders, sales, payments, inventory, surveys, targets and management dashboards. The original client solution was subsequently developed into the configurable SokoAxis Pro platform.

Documented Outcome
The business gained a centralized, current view of field execution. Supervisors could identify gaps earlier and follow up using consistent information, while RTI established a reusable product foundation that could be refined with additional customers.
